I loved the discussion on Spelljammer (though I’ve never played it). It seems like Dragons are to Ryu what Space Ships are to Lennon. For her, any criticism the least bit involving dragons is concluded with “…but dragons!” (and I agree). A similar argument could be made for a space campaign (“…but space ships!”).
It’s one of the reasons I enjoy the TV show “The Expanse”.
